It was built in bricks and large stones from arno river and has a natural air-conditioning, so in summer when the air is hot outside the house is cool. The ceiling has beams and brick floors are old terracotta. The apartment dated on Renaissance is decorated in a very special peculiar way with pieces of Tibetan and Nepali antiques mixed toghether with Murano old crystals. The space is on two levels. It consists of a large bright living room where there is a sofa bed and a mezzanine floor where there is a double bed. The small bathroom, recently renoved, has shower and all you may need at your disposal. All the attractions of greatest interest are between 10 and 20 minutes by foot. The flat consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a small living area, a large double bedroom with walk-in closet, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double if needed, a small bathroom with shower complete with all accessories and a closet with washing machine, iron and cleaning products. The kitchen and the twin bedroom overlook an internal courtyard so it is very quiet and you will have direct sunlight during the afternoon while the double bedroom overlooks a beautiful street from which you can see the Duomo, this bedroom is provided with a soundproof window and has direct sunlight in the morning.
