The apartment, located in the old center of Florence, is on the second floor (no elevator) of an historical building 7 minutes walking from the Duomo. All the attractions of greatest interest are between 10 and 20 minutes by foot. In the apartment there are skylights which gives the apartment tons of light and a sense of spaciousness. The furnishings are handcrafted for the apartment of chestnut wood and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The apartment also boasts of great water pressure thanks to a water pump and cistern behind the stairwell. The apartment is complete with glassware, dishes and cutlery. A full array of pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. There are plentiful linens and towels provided. The apartment is fully Daikin air-conditioned upstairs and downstairs for your comfort during the warmer months. Water and garbage utilities are included in the rent. Gas and Electricity and unlimited Wifi internet access are paid separately by the tenant. The American Consulate is up the street, St. James church is around the corner and there is easy and free access to the Viale without having the hassles and limits of the zti to take you to the autostrada. For students who are into studying fashion and are attending the different fashion schools nearby, in particular Polimoda, the apartment is a perfect location (only 400 m from the apartment ),for those who are looking for a safe and well appointed residence while theyre studying.
