Restored in 2021 and equipped with a queen size pull out sofa, fitted kitchenette, fully furnished. The studio flat is at the 3Rd floor with no elevator (that is 4Th floor for us scheme), some 60 stairs to go up. Please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with mobility impairments. The location is excellent: great area - very central and safe, with all amenities moments away, its just a few minutes walk to mini and supermarkets, delicatessens and trattorias, banks, post office and public transport (bus train). All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat.
