About the Area Situated just a 2-minute walk from the Porta Romana yellow metro stop, this apartment offers excellent connectivity, making it a convenient base for exploring Milan and the surrounding area. House Rules and Other Notes Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and violations incur a 200 fine. Respect quiet hours in this residential building, especially during evenings and nights. Guests must sign a lease agreement at check-in and verify their id through the Guest Portal within 24 hours of booking. Waste disposal must comply with local rules, with fines ranging from 200 to 800 for violations. Late check-out incurs a penalty of 20 per hour; 80 will be charged for any missing keys. Check-In is available from 3:00 p. M. To 10:00 p. M. , with surcharges for late arrivals: 30 (10:00 p. M. 12:00 a. M. ) or 50 (after midnight). For long-term stays (over 29 nights), signing additional contracts and possessing an Italian tax id number are mandatory. To obtain a regular temporary rental contract in Italy, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax id Code in order to sign the rental agreement. If you need help with your tax id code, we suggest if you are a student to contact your university; if you are company employee to contact your company office or, go to the website of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, tax id code section (Agenzia delle Entrate sezione codice fiscale). You can also apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, no later than two-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. So within two weeks of your arrival you will aso have to provide us a copy of the passport, the details of the residential address and the tax id code of the person holding the contract and who will sign the contract itself. According to Italian law, we must register rental contracts that provide for a stay period of 30 nights or more. The rental contract will be signed on the day of your arrival in the apartment, where you have viewed the house, paid the security deposit and handed over the house keys.
