Monthly rent: € 1. 100 + € 100 for condominium fees, garbage tax, Wi-Fi, boiler maintenance fee + additional utility costs for water, electricity, and gas, with a monthly advance payment of € 150 to be adjusted based on meter readings at the beginning and end of the stay.
