The apartment (1° floor with no lift) is fully furnished and consists of entrance dining area, complete kitchen with balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles room (both with 2 single beds that can be joined as a double) and 1 single room, 2 bathrooms with shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, single heating, air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. The monthly price is € 2. 500 plus €150 for the condominium fee which includes also internet, waste tax and boiler overhaul. Water, electricity and gas utilities are excluded. As regards utilities, a deposit of €150 per month is required, this amount is to be adjusted at the end of the stay (subject to reading the meters at the beginning and end of the stay). Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, termo singolo e aria condizionata nelle 3 camere. Il prezzo mensile € 2. 500 oltre a € 150 di condominio che comprendono anche internet, la tassa rifiuti e la revisione della caldaia.
