This apartment is located in a very quiet street and is furnished in a classic and functional style. It is equipped with split air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, while the guest bedroom has a ceiling fan. The heating is centralized and can be regulated via the thermovalves on the radiators. The property is located close to Via San Donato, in the context of a green neighborhood well served by commercial activities and public transport, allowing you to quickly reach the historic center by car or bus. The entrance leads onto a long corridor from which you can access the living room, the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms.
